Get her to do everything on time

My daughter is in her boards. She has submissions on Dec 15 and prelim exams on Nov 10.

She has a lot of work to be done and is not working at all on it. I am very worried that she will not finish her assignments on time and neither is she studying for her prelims.

How can I get her to do everything on time? Time is less and lots and lots to do.
