Three years old child still on bottle milk

My son will be 3 years old in Aug. But still he is on bottle milk.

As I’m working, so I’m not able to give time to make him learn to drink milk in cup. But whenever I try he denies and drops all milk.

How to make him drink milk in cup as sometimes children stop taking milk if bottle milk is stopped?
