Does opposite of what I say

Priya

My elder son is 6 years old. Though he is a very intelligent, academically bright, and an innocent kid, I feel he does not listen to me.

He’s not arrogant or anything, but when I ask him to do/not does something, I feel his brain does not register what I say, and he goes ahead and does the opposite of what I originally said.

I feel he’s a little hyper, his mind is not calm, and that’s why he doesn't seem to understand what I say in the first place.

This in turn angers me. So, I yell at him and spank him sometimes to discipline him. I feel terrible after doing that.

I have taken him to child psychiatrists too, and they don’t see any problem in him.

I want you to suggest remedies to calm his mind so that he’s more aware of what he is doing and learns to obey his parents.

Also, please suggest solutions/mantras to chant to help me control my anger so that I can approach him with more compassion and love.

Naran

Give him Bach flower remedies WALNUT and CHESTNUT BUD regularly for a month.

You take RED CHESTNUT, CHERRY PLUM and IMPATIENS.
